A) We enter your listing immediately into the web (Northwest Multiple Listing Service), where it appears on every available site. Ask us what some agents do and why!
B) We never serve as dual agents, feeling that this is a conflict of interest. Let us explain the difference this makes to you.
C) We make a thorough study of all offers and their contingencies.
D) We have years of practice negotiating and using all the issues of timing and psychology in your favor.
E) We are sensitive to tenants in listing multiplexes and work well with them to gain maximum positive exposure on your behalf.
